SILENT AUCTIONS
Join us online all week as we bring back our virtual silent auction. Use your own smartphone or tablet to browse the auction catalog, place bids, donate money, and check out at the end of the auction. LIVE AUCTION & RECEPTION
On Friday, October 13, enjoy live auctioneer Blake Kennedy and place bids through our interactive bidding software on a range of exciting options including vacation home stays, experiences, golf foursomes, and more. Enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and cocktails while you make your bidding decisions. A live stream option will be made available for out of town guests. Please note that winners of the overall raffle, the wine wall and the whiskey wall must be present to receive their prize. Our annual fundraising weekend kicks off with our cocktail reception, silent and live auctions. The auction features special guest auctioneers, and included in the price of admission are two drink tickets and a variety of heavy hors d’oeuvres. The cocktail reception and auction provide the perfect opportunity for you to enjoy an evening with friends or network with other philanthropy-minded guests. You can also take advantage of our special weekend room rate by contacting the Hilton in advance.
Guests attending the reception will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive bidding experience throughout the evening. Our newly introduced bidding process includes outbid notifications, online payment and emailed receipts for tax purposes. |

You will see a confirmation message letting you know an email has been sent to you.
Please check your email for your confirmation. In the email you received, click the green Create Account button. Complete the Contact Information section of the form. Phone Number and Address are required fields for registration. Enter a Password and a Bidding PIN number. Set your communication preferences as Email, Text or Both. Enter your phone number if you have selected to enable text message alerts. Agree to the terms and click the green Create Account button Once the registration process has been completed you will receive a registration successful message. Accessing the Auction Catalog Click the down arrow to the left of the Action Catalog to expand the menu options Click View Catalog to see the items that are available and when bidding will open for a specific item. Submit Questions or Access Technical Support Click Contact Us if you have any questions or need technical support with the registration process or during the virtual auction event. Click the plus sign to the left of Email Us Complete the required information and click Send. |
